The SIGNiX Signature Service has been patched to address a production issue involving signing.
API / Integration
- Resolved 'grey' screen during signing. When a signer has one or more text / checkbox or other fields that may appear ‘below’ a signature field, but were required to be completed BEFORE completing the signature, a dialog box should appear informing the signer of this fact. However, due to other changes in Release 149, the dialog did not appear and just a greyed out overlay would appear, causing confusion for signers, as they could not complete the signing process. The dialog has been fixed/restored in this patch, and signers should no longer experience this greyed out screen.
