Due to unannounced changes in the Zoom platform supporting the SIGNiX eNotaryDoX service during the COVID-19 pandemic, SIGNiX is releasing an emergency patch to deal with these issues. One other minor client update has also been included.

These changes affect only the eNotaryDox product and clients who use attachments via our FlexAPI.


API / Integration

  • Added support for TIFF & JPEG file formats in addition to existing JPG and TIF formats for attachments requested via SubmitDocument. (SIG-756)*

User Experience

  • Resolved issue with 'Start a Zoom Meeting' dialog popping up after a meeting had already been scheduled or launched. Due to Zoom changing meeting IDs to 11 digits over the weekend, unfortunately not announced to integrators. (SIG-787)*
