credit union newsIn 2012, American credit unions added a significant number of new employees for the first time since 2008.

CUNA released information today saying that the number of full-time employees in the credit union industry increased 2.9% over 2011.

The increase marks the industry’s return to historic norms, according to CUNA. This growth represents the credit union industry moving past the recession that began to take its toll on credit unions in 2008. Click here to read more.
