SIGNiX announced today that they will be exhibiting and speaking about their e-signature solution during the 2016 Central-Southern California Assessors’ Association Spring Conference in San Diego, CA April 4-7.

The Central-Southern California Assessors’ Association Spring Conference is a statewide non-profit professional association for County Assessors formed in 1902. The CAA consists of county assessors from each California county and honorary members that have made distinctive contributions to the advancement of the organization.

SIGNiX will be at table 10 during The Central-Southern California Assessors’ Association conference which will be held at the Dana Inn on Mission Bay Hotel and Marina, in San Diego. There will be a special emphasis on IT at the conference for the California Assessors Association (CAA) April 6-7.

San Diego County CIO, Rolf Bishop will take the stage at CAA-IT at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 7 to speak about the county’s success utilizing SIGNiX’s e-signature technology. SIGNiX director of business development, Brian Felker, will be standing by to answer any questions about successfully implementing an e-signature solution into government.

“San Diego County is one of the greatest examples of how e-signatures can help eliminate inconveniences in government processes,” says Felker. “Now, residential change of address, business change of address and business change of ownership forms are all online, and office congestion and paper costs have reduced significantly.”

San Diego County’s switch from traditional and costly paper processes to SIGNiX’s e-signatures saved the county more than $93,000 in the first year alone, and provides a secure, permanent and cost-efficient method for the county office to operate.

"We have no shortage of things to manage and do," Bishop said in a 2015 interview for Baseline magazine, "The ability to eliminate administrative paperwork is a huge gain, and it takes someone only a few minutes to do Projected Savingssomething that might otherwise require a couple of hours."

During the conference, SIGNiX will be giving away one of their most popular products, one free MyDoX Lite user license to an attendee who participates in the CSCAA conference bingo game.

After the conference, Rolf Bishop will join SIGNiX again to host a free webinar on implementing e-signatures in local governments to save time, effort and money while protecting secure documents.
