Time to hop on the bandwagon—e-signatures are gaining traction around the world, and they’re transforming the way companies do business.

Our EVP Pem Guerry spoke to CMSWire about e-signature integration, the single user experience and the future of e-signatures. Here’s what he had to say:

“As the market continues to respond to the value of using e-signatures to save money and make business processes more efficient, companies will take steps to ensure that end users are able to take full advantage of the benefits of e-signatures.”

Widespread integration isn’t the only trend we can expect to see on the e-signature front. The article’s author, David Roe, said that digital signatures—a type of e-signature that is the backbone of our Independent E-Signatures™—are the next step in the e-signature evolution. Future of E-Signature

Roe notes, “Digital signatures permanently embed the cryptographic information of a signature into a signed document. They provide anenhanced level of security, data privacy and legal evidence than basic electronic signatures.

The article went on to explain that digital signatures “will especially apply to highly regulated industries and those with high volumes of transactions with significant legal and/or financial value, such as financial services and healthcare.”

We couldn’t agree more. When companies’ documents matter, you need digital signature technology—and a partner you can trust.
