CFCU will use SIGNiX electronic signature products to improve member experiences and reduce paper waste. Members will be able to sign documents from any device with an Internet connection.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.—January 30, 2013—SIGNiX, a leading provider of secure digital signatures, announced the signing of a new client, Caprock Federal Credit Union (CFCU) in Lamesa, Texas. The financial institution will use SIGNiX digital signatures to meet compliance requirements using automated, electronic processing.

“Member satisfaction and compliance are our biggest priorities, and SIGNiX’s technology helps us improve in both areas,” said Dale Hansard, the CEO and president of CFCU. “Our members are going to love being able to sign documents online, and we look forward to reducing the paperwork we have to process to comply with regulations.”

CFCU will use SIGNiX’s MyDoX product, a browser-based service that will enable the credit union to upload documents, customize fields and immediately send documents out for member signatures. SIGNiX’s cloud technology makes implementation quick and simple because there is no hardware or software to install.

“We’re excited to add Caprock as our most recent credit union client in Texas,” said Jay Jumper, CEO and president of SIGNiX. “We’ve had multiple credit union leagues exclusively endorse us because of the level of security our products offer, and that has helped us become the leading digital signature provider for credit unions.”
