The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is accepting public comments on a list of regulations they posted that they will review in 2013. Regulations under review in 2013 include rules about member business loans, privacy of consumer financial information, fair credit reporting, appraisals and more. You can view the complete list of NCUA regulations up for review by clicking here.
To offer input about the rules under review, you need to contact NCUA before August 5 in one of the following ways:
