Nicole Lyons allegedly tried to withdraw $800 from an elderly neighbor’s account using a fake ID. Luckily, teller Lynn Lee knew the victim from her visits to the credit union, and she stalled Lyons until the police arrived. 

A woman that police believe to be Lyons tried to use a fraudulent ID at a different Generations FCU branch, but the suspect fled before the police arrived.

Ashley M. Harris, associate vice president of corporate communications at Generations FCU, says the credit union is very proud of its staff’s alertness, which kept unsuspecting victims from experiencing financial loss. Click here to read more.
