A California County Saves Money with E-Signatures

When San Diego County, California decided to overhaul its paper-based forms processing system, they decided that their best option was to turn paper forms into digital processes. During their pilot program, the county's CIO Rolf Bishop said adoption happened quickly, with nearly 3,000 residential change of address forms submitted electronically per month.
