Are there any specific system requirements?
Our platform is Cloud-Based, which means all you need is a web browser and an internet connection to access SIGNiX.

Do I have to use SIGNiX's Zoom integration for Video?
You are more than welcome to use any video platform you like. We have Zoom integrated to make the video recording process easy, but it is optional.

How does my client pay me?
We don't interfere with anyone's business model. You will charge your client directly and they will pay you directly. No payment from your client to you will pass through our platform.
