What is a Digital Certificate?

A Digital Certificate is a fancy term for the technology that embeds the document with all the legal evidence from the transaction. This will allow you to be able to prove a document's validity if ever challenged in court.

How does my client pay me?

We don't interfere with anyone's business model. You will charge your client directly and they will pay you directly. No payment from your client to you will pass through our platform.

Are there any specific system requirements?

Our platform is Cloud-Based, which means all you need is a web browser and an internet connection to access SIGNiX.

How do I pay SIGNiX for the transactions?

We bill monthly in arrears based on usage. You only pay for what you use and there are no flat monthly fees. 

Do I have to use SIGNiX's Zoom account for the video meetings?

You are more than welcome to use any video platform you like. We have Zoom integrated to make the video recording process easy. This integration is included at no additional charge, but utilization is optional. 

Does SIGNiX send clients to me?

As of right now, no. We are just the software. We do have some exciting programs coming in the near future to accommodate this!
