The Facts

Leonora Zilkha Williamson

Senior Vice President, Partner Development

Years with SIGNiX: 2

What do you do at SIGNiX?

I run SIGNiX's partnership program, our customer service and integrations teams and our strategic planning.

What makes SIGNiX awesome?

Our cool technology and fantastic people.

What helps you get through a bad workday?

Yoga, pictures of my children, and chatting with one of any number of my colleagues who are always there to lend a listening ear.

Which team do you work with at SIGNiX and what do you appreciate most about the team members?

I manage a team whose jobs are pretty different and, on the surface, it could look like they’re unrelated – what does customer service have to do with integration or account management? But every morning my team has a 15-minute stand-up where we go through what we're working on that day, and I am always amazed that no matter who brings up an issue, everybody else has something to contribute in solving it. My team works beautifully across silos and I think the communication we have makes sure that the right and left hand of SIGNiX always knows what the other is doing.

Where are you the most productive?

I am the most productive in my office at my standing desk with my essential oil diffuser and music playing.

What are you listening to now?

A Motown playlist. Actually, it's between a Motown playlist and the soundtrack to Newsies because my daughter, Annie, and I watched it on a plane this weekend.

What is your favorite dessert?

The carrot cake soufflé at St. John's restaurant in Chattanooga. They make a carrot cake into a tall soufflé, then pour a cream cheese crème anglaise into the middle. It's absurd!

Where do you go to get away from work?

Wherever my daughters are—preferably Maine. If I'm not with them, then the yoga studio.
