Last year, financial services and banks were the least trusted industries, according to a recent survey. Only 46 percent of survey respondents said they trusted the financial services industry, and only 41 percent said they trusted banks according to the survey.
Though the numbers are low, they’re still an improvement. In 2011, only 25 percent of respondents said they trusted the banking and financial services industries.
