Why We Love Working at SIGNiX

Given that Valentine’s Day was last week, it had us thinking about the things we love about what we do and where we work. It’s fun to be part of an industry that’s always changing, and it’s rewarding to know that your company’s products help people – whether they are saving money by ditching paper or saving precious time with the convenience of digital signatures.

Unfortunately, a Gallup survey finds this love of work isn't exactly the norm. The survey shows that less than one-third of American workers were engaged in their jobs last year. That means they weren’t involved in, enthusiastic about or committed to their work or workplace.

This average is actually up two percent from 2013 results, and it was the highest reading since 2000. But this number seems low to us here at SIGNiX, because we’re a company full of ultra-spirited employees. It’s crucial to our industry and our clients that we are always actively engaged in our work so that we’re constantly creating incredible experiences for digital signature users.

We are proud to be part of the SIGNiX team, and we feel lucky to work with talented, smart and passionate people. There’s always a ton going on in our city that keeps us excited, from great new restaurants to unforgettable museums and amazing hiking trails. Not to mention, we’re home to America’s first "gig city." It feels good to come to work and not only love what you do, but love where you do it.
